Sometimes, Love Just Needs a Weekend

It’s easy to forget that love—real, lasting love—doesn’t just happen. It’s built. And sometimes, it gets buried beneath responsibilities, resentment, unspoken needs, or just the sheer weight of life.
But what if you could press pause on all of that... and spend one weekend focused entirely on getting back to each other?
I created the Weekend Intensive for couples who are tired of talking in circles, who’ve said “we need to figure this out” more times than they can count, but who still believe there’s something worth saving.
Whether you're joining from Dallas, Fort Worth, Atlanta, or anywhere across Texas or Georgia, this online experience is private, powerful, and solution-focused. It’s built for couples ready to do the work—without dragging it out over months.
This isn’t therapy. But it’s therapeutic.
Let me be clear: a Weekend Intensive is not a replacement for therapy. In fact, many couples attend before beginning therapy, alongside weekly sessions, or when therapy alone isn’t cutting through the noise.
In this format, we carve out space to:
Identify the stuck points—what you keep coming back to.
Uncover each partner’s truth, without judgment.
Explore new ways to listen, respond, and reconnect.
Make room for compassion, repair, and clarity.
This isn’t about reliving every fight. It’s about understanding the cycle you’re in—and creating a new one that works.
Why a Weekend?
Because sometimes you don’t need more time. You need the right kind of time.
That’s the magic of an intensive. It’s designed to help you cut through the surface stuff and address what’s actually driving the conflict. All in just a fully focused day.
You won’t leave with fluff—you’ll leave with insight, language for what’s been missing, and a plan for what comes next.
Led by Someone Who Gets It
I’m Sileta Bell, Marriage Therapist and Director of Bell Family Therapy, currently serving clients throughout Dallas-Fort Worth and virtually across Texas and Georgia. I’m also the host of The Marriage Daily Podcast, where I talk about the real stuff—heartbreak, healing, reconnection, and what love looks like behind closed doors.
When I say I believe in fighting for love, I mean it. And I believe you can turn things around if you’re willing to show up—with honesty, with humility, and yes, with help.
